Father God,
We adore you for the good, gracious, and loving Father you are to all of your beloved children. We confess that we have fallen short in keeping your commandments, and feel as though we do not deserve your favor and kindness. Yet we thank you for the forgiveness you offer, and for loving us so much to have sent your only Son to our earth and take on the sins of us and the world, thereby granting us eternal life in paradise with you. We bring before you the burdens, cares, and concerns that are weighing on our hearts, knowing that you will help us to stand firm on the truth of your Word, your promises to us, and your good and perfect plan.
We thank you again for being our good and perfect Father, and for your unending love for us. Amen.
