Father God,
Thank you for the many blessings you have given to us as your dearly loved children. Your continual provision in our lives is something for which we truly appreciate, yet oftentimes take for granted. We know that as humans, our bodies are susceptible to illness and disease, which sometimes leads to a need for serious care such as hospitalization, ongoing regular treatments, hospice, and more. We find ourselves here now, as {name of person in need of healing} is in need of your healing and protection in dealing with {name/type of health concern}. You are Jehovah-Rapha, our great Healer, and ask you now to be with {name of person in need of healing} and bring {him/her} back to full health, and in so doing, let {his/her} life, and the life of those in {his/her} circle of influence, return to a sense of stability and normalcy. Further, and more specifically, we bring before you {name of caregiver}, as {he/she} is working nonstop to be there for, help, serve, comfort, and support {name of person in need of healing}. Grant {him/her} to be the rock and source of stability needed, while also granting {him/her} the gift and need of comfort, rest, and your peace as they work to be the main support. If and when challenges and hardships occur, give the strength and fortitude to face it with you, knowing that you are {his/her} strength when feeling weak, and {his/her} comfort when feeling anxious. Put others in {his/her} life to be a support for {him/her} as {he/she} continues to support {name of person in need of healing}. Give your peace that surpasses understanding, and the assurance that you are our ultimate Good Shepherd, and will help us find comfort and rest in you.
